WORK STAGES
1 – Preparation
The work begins with the first interview:
- It is important to determine the intentions and basic expectations of project participants and copyright holders. Available materials, presentations, and developments are reviewed
- With founders, it is important to understand the long-term goals of the participants and the desired degree of being involved in the project
An NDA agreement is concluded, drawn up taking into account European standards and operating procedures in European markets
The developer (copyright holder, project representative) fills out an application form containing basic information about the development or project and the intellectual property status
Based on the results of the interviews and general analysis of the presented project materials:
- Preliminary marketing of the segment(s) of interest is being made
- A draft of cooperation proposal cooperation is being formed
- Key points and deadlines of the preliminary roadmap are formulated
Simultaneously with the strategic roadmap development, it is possible to provide the necessary services and consultations, including involvement of third parties
